Market Gin uses a combination of hand foraged and locally sourced Australian Botanicals to create this wonderful collaboration with Melbourne's own Queen Victoria Market.
Botanical Bill: native lemon gum, Tasmanian pepperberries, Bellarine Peninsula saltbush, eastern cinnamon myrtle, Victorian lavendar, eastern lemon myrtle with a backbone of juniper berries, orris root and angelica.

Tasting notes
Nose: Fresh eucalyptus and pine needle, with a little hint of cinnamon myrtle and lavender lurking in the background.
Palette: Sweet salt bush and tree bark, followed by a roasted cashew punch and a light spice of pepperberry. Finishing dry and clean on the mid palette.
